Carolina represents and advises clients on all issues related to family law, including separation and divorce, parenting time and decision-making responsibility, spousal and child support, division of property, separation agreements, domestic/marriage contracts and Hague Convention disputes.

Carolina has experience litigating at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. Carolina takes a pragmatic approach to alternative dispute resolution in order to assist her clients achieve a negotiated result where possible. In 2013, she attended the executive education program on Mediation and Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Carolina has a Juris Doctor (2015) from the University of Windsor, where she was awarded the Dean’s Fellow. She obtained a Master of Arts Degree (2010) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) (2009) from York University. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2016.

Carolina is a former law clerk of the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor. While in law school, Carolina undertook a Social Justice Fellowship with the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic.

Carolina is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society
